They are strategic, laser-focused, and they never lose sight of the goal. Additionally, they possess the gift of being able to detect any warning signs of danger before they materialize. Women handle crises with ease and constantly look for lessons to learn.

As a whole, there have been efforts made by employers and female employees to ensure that they receive equal rights and opportunities. Before we can confidently say that we have brought balance to the workplace culture, there is still a long way to go.
